SENGEZANE COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMME
Gwanda: The Nkomwa Foundation Trust (NFT) proudly took part in a vibrant community outreach programme at Sengezane Primary School-Gwanda District, organised by the Ministry of Health and Child Care in collaboration with Human Impact Hub.
The initiative focused on raising awareness around key health issues and gender-based violence, while bringing essential services closer to the community.
As NFT, we remain committed to empowering communities through education, advocacy, and support—advancing health outcomes and strengthening social well-being.
The event fostered a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, with stakeholders offering vital services while community members participated in soccer and netball activities that promoted unity, awareness, and collective action.
We were honoured to collaborate with valued partners including the Department of Social Development, National AIDS Council, District Development Coordinator Office, Gwanda Rural District Council, Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council, Nyaradzo Funeral Services, Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, and the One Stop Centre.
Together, we continue building safer, healthier, and more informed communities.
