Disability Centre construction resume
NkomwaFoundationTrust, in partnership with Gwanda Rural District Council and the Ward 16 community, and with the generous support of the Australian Embassy, has resumed the construction of the Nkemeletje Disability Centre in Gwanda.
The Centre is a landmark initiative aimed at transforming the lives of Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) in Gwanda District and beyond. Once completed, it will serve as a hub for empowerment, inclusion, and access to essential services, promoting dignity, skills development, and socio-economic participation for PWDs.
This project reflects the power of collaboration in advancing inclusive development and ensuring that no one is left behind.
