ZRP RELAUNCH CLIENT SERVICE CHARTER
Gwanda: Nkomwa Foundation Trust joined the Zimbabwe Republic Police and other stakeholders at the District Client Service Charter Relaunch held at Ntepe Business Centre in Gwanda.
The relaunch of the Client Service Charter is a critical step towards strengthening accountability, transparency, and professionalism in public service delivery.
It provides a clear framework through which communities can understand their rights, expectations, and the standards they should receive from service providers, while also promoting trust and improved relations between institutions and the public.
As Nkomwa Foundation Trust (NFT), our participation reflects our commitment to inclusive development and ensuring that persons with disabilities are not left behind in public service systems.
Platforms like these are vital in advocating for accessible, responsive, and equitable services that cater for all members of society, especially marginalized groups.
